Meditation is exercise and training for our minds, just as going to the gym is training for our bodies. In these busy times it is essential that we learn to quieten our minds so we may stop and rest deeply.Regular meditation promotes deep inner feelings of peace and relaxation and mindfulness processes allow us to learn more about ourselves.

Regular practice of meditation is known to reverse the physiological response to stress and results in better sleep, improved memory, relief of pain, more energy,  a stronger immune system and a general feeling of wellbeing.

 Group Meditation:$10 held 3 times weekly at Harmony Place for one hour.These groups include some instruction, mindful movements and a 30-40 minute guided  meditation by Lisa or our trained facilitators.  Meditation is a skill we need to develop and practice. Initially it is easier in a group until we gain the confidence to take it home. In time we gain the amazing health benefits of meditating daily. Suitable for both beginner and experienced meditators. See calendar for times. Come when you can, no need to book. 
 Beginners Meditation     $60
This three hour class gives you the basics of meditation. You will learn about different types of meditation and the well researched benefits. Most importantly you will get to experience meditation as you are guided through various techniques.
This class is great  for beginners and also those who want to refresh their meditation practice.

Still Mind Meditation    $60   
 Imagine not thinking for a while!
This three hour program is suitable for both beginner and experienced meditators. You will be taught techniques to quieten the busy mind and focus more easily on your meditation.You will learn the concept of mindfulness and how to bring it into your life. You will also be given an understanding of how stress affects your life and your body.  Still mind meditation is a key tool to help you reverse these changes and become more relaxed.

After these 3 hour programs you can then follow up by attending weekly group meditation for $8 per session. See calendar for times.  

Mindfulness of Emotions   $35
Imagine being able to process the way you feel in 2 minutes and then know it is done and move on to the next wonderful moment in time!

Come and learn a different approach to the expression of emotion, which is gentle and empowering. Mindfulness takes us away from the mental labeling of emotions such as anger, worry , resentment or joy into the sensory body experience where we allow the energy full expression.

It is useful although not essential  to have some meditation experience before doing this class.

A two hour sound healing experience with the Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and meditation to soothe the soul. There is nothing to do but relax and enjoy!
A great way to relax and refresh after a busy week.

Energy Clearing Workshop $35.
Are you and Empath? Are you sensitive to energy from others? 
Are you stressed, do you get anxious easily? Would you like to learn ways of staying in your own space  and to be able to relax with others?
A  two to three hour workshop that teaches you about the unseen world of energy, how to feel your own energy, to protect yourself and begin to enjoy your sensitivity in a whole new way.  

Day Retreats $75
These programs are designed to nourish you on all levels.Imagine taking a day to spend for yourself with like minded others.
On these retreats you will experience a combination of cleansing and revitalizing meditations, labyrinth walks,crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, healthful exercise and lots of laughter.
